Free stuff like YouTube videos and Instagram reels overload you with conflicting advice and lack of structure. They don't tackle your specific problems and show you how to overcome them.
Most vocal courses are just a big library of vocal exercises. Mindlessly singing through exercises won't make you a better singer.
Private lessons are WAY too expensive. Rates range from $100-$300 per hour. (My rates are $200 per hour).
But let’s be real: how much longer are you willing to waste your time guessing?
The truth is, without a clear system, most singers stay stuck in that trial-and-error loop forever.
A clear system that makes sense. Self-Coached Singer gives you a step-by-step method to actually
build your voice – no more guessing or jumping between conflicting advice.
No More Random "Quick Hacks"
You won’t just follow random warmups and mindlessly do vocal exercises – you’ll learn why you're doing them, what to listen for, and how to coach yourself with confidence.

My name is Wira, and unlike most voice coaches, I didn’t grow up singing. I actually started singing late in high school – because of a crush, LOL! She invited me to perform a duet in our school’s charity concert, yikes! She had this really pretty and dainty voice, meanwhile I was COMPLETELY embarrassed by my pitchy and toneless voice. She gave me my first voice lesson and that moment sparked something in me. I REALLY wanted to learn singing.
I was just like you. I went down the YouTube rabbit hole, watching hours of tutorials and trying out random warmups. I made some progress, sure – but without anyone guiding me or showing me what to actually listen for, I developed a ton of bad habits and ended up more confused than when I started. My voice felt disconnected, inconsistent, and honestly... frustrating.
I decided to commit and studied everything I could get my hands on – vocal anatomy, voice science, vocal pedagogy. I wanted to understand how the voice actually worked and how to build it. Eventually, I became a certified voice teacher through a $4,400 professional training program to deepen my skills and understand what made the voice work, and how to teach others to find theirs.
Since then, I’ve helped over 300 students from more than 15 countries build voices they’re proud of. And that’s exactly why I created this course.
I believe every singer deserves to understand their voice without wasting years – or thousands of dollars – trying to figure it out. This course is designed to give you that clear and practical foundation I wish I had when I started my journey: a structured, step-by-step path to understand your voice, train it correctly, and finally see consistent progress. You'll also get life-time access to a supportive community and guidance along the way.
You probably don’t care about my certifications or how many students I’ve taught. What matters is this: can I help you? If you’re someone who’s tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your voice, I made this for you.
Let’s build your voice – together.
You want to learn how to get real, lasting vocal progress by building a strong foundation in your voice.
You value clear, science-backed guidance that’s easy to understand and actually helps you grow.
You want a customisable practice plan that you can fit in your busy schedule.
Self-taught singers who want to stop guessing and start improving with a clear plan
Aspiring vocalists who want to build real technique from the ground up
Performers and artists who want to strengthen their foundation and eliminate vocal weaknesses
Songwriters and musical theatre singers who want their voice to match their creative vision
You are not willing to take instruction and prefer to waste time and try to figure things out on your own through trial and error.
You do not value structured learning or consistent practice.
You do not see the importance of building strong fundamentals and would rather chase “quick tips” and "vocal hacks" than commit to a proven, step-by-step process.
This course is for every level. Whether you're starting from scratch or refining years of experience, you’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of your voice and how to apply it in practice. Believe it or not, many professional singers I've worked with also have no idea how their voice actually works!
You’ll get lifetime access to the entire course, including any future updates. The program starts immediately after you enroll, so you can dive in and start training at your own pace, on your own schedule.
Technically, yes – most information is out there. But the problem isn’t access, it’s overload. YouTube is full of conflicting advice, confusing terminology, and a barrage of exercises with no clear plan for your voice. This course gives you a simple, structured and science-backed system that filters out the noise and shows you exactly what to focus on, how to apply it, and how to grow – step by step.
Nope! You don’t need any prior vocal training or experience to get started. This course is designed to be a foundational starting point for all singers, whether you’re a total beginner or someone who’s been singing for years but never had formal training. All you need is the willingness to learn and a voice you’re ready to explore.
